The rolling roof was defeated, but they, of course plan on bringing it back again and again until it pases. After all they know they have the money to fund such a campaign and the opposition doesn't. That should be indication to them of the wealth of the people they are overtaxing, but they are so lost in their own world of selfishness and entertainment, they don't get it.
